Karyn's not home

Jon promptly went over to where his mom had put his pants in the hamper in his new room. Like everything else in the room it was pink. Quickly he dialed Karyn's number. The phone rung a few times then went to the answering machine "damn" muttered jon It seemed karyn had been forced to go with her family to visit her aunt for the weekend and since it was friday she wouldn't be back until sunday night Jon was silently cursing his bad luck, when his mom came back into the room. "jon honey it's dinner time" she said picking him up again as if he only weighed 10 pounds
