A moment later, Mikey's mom was herself again. She was on all fours. She got up on her knees, a blank look on her face. "What -- what happened?" asked Mrs. Donaldson. "How did I get ... " Suddenly, a group of kids Mikey's age turned the corner. There were four of them, two boys, Jimmy Carr and Brad Nelson, and two girls, Carolyn Jenks and Brenda Podolak.
