A few minutes after the wish Jon turns around the corner and sees his sister starting to act more girlish. After awhile Jon realizes that his sister had always been a bit tom boyish, and maybe she wasn't ever really a boy in the first place and just wanted Jon to make her into one. But she seems happy now. So Jon puts the rock back in the box in his room and leaves.
