The House Across the Street

Outside, much of the neighborhood was still quiet. Mikey turned and headed across the street, into the house there. The house was quiet, everyone inside still asleep. He opened one of the bedrooms, automatically changed into someone else's sleeping attire, and slid into a warm spot in bed just vacated, and resumed a sound sleep.
