With a skill that I had never possessed before, I lay the baby upon the changing table and removed her wet diaper. "I am glad you are only wet." I told her, for it was now obvious that she was a she. I was able to quickly remove the wet diaper, dry, clean, powder, and diaper her. She stopped crying as I held her against me chest.
