Sarah Is Jon and Karyn's Boss

Joseph leaned into Jon's cubicle. "Ms. McMillan wants to see you." Jon sighed and stood up from his chair. On his way towards Sarah McMillan's corner office, Karyn met up with him. "Where are you headed?" she asked, with a smile. "Where do you think? The boss wants to see me. And you know what *that* means." Karyn was worried for her friend. There were only two reasons why Sarah would want to see anyone from the floor in her office. Either they were going to get promoted, or fired. And Sarah fired more people than promoted. "Good luck," Karyn said. "Yeah, thanks," Jon said, then walked into Sarah's office.
