"...you'd swap outfits with that mannequin over there." Pete pointed to a storefront behind Jon. Jon spun around, only to see a dummy in the display at Macy's with his outfit. Jon looked down at himself to see a very feminine skirt suit, perfect for a secretary, but definitely a bit awkward on Jon, especially with the high heels. "Holy crap, it worked!" Pete exclaimed. "You're right, now change me back!" "Hey everybody, look at Jon!" A few heads turned, but people just kept about their business at the mall. "What's going on? This is hilarious, why isn't anybody laughing?" "Because they didn't hear the wish. They think I'm supposed to be dressed like this. Now will you *please* change me back, these shoes are killing me." "So that's how it works, eh? Don't worry, Jonny boy. Everything will be normal soon enough. Normal to you, anyway. I wish Jon wouldn't be able to hear the next wish I make." "Pete, No!" Jon exclaimed, but it was too late. He could see Pete's lips moving, but no sound. He braced for the change, but knew it wouldn't do any good, since he wouldn't notice the change.
