Someone Else's Wish

The stone glowed, granting his wish. Unfortunately, the only wishes that were uncontrollable by Jon were wishes that *other* people made. On the positive side, the wish could be granted without the stone, so none of the wishing rules applied. What's positive about that was that Jon's memories wouldn't change if he didn't hear the wish. But who would make the wish for that week?
