Waiting For Lisa

"Stop crying," Rick said, putting an arm around Brenda. "We'll figure something out. My daughter is still outside, I think. If we can get to her, maybe she can help us out." It felt a little strange referring to Lisa as his daughter, since Lisa was actually *older* than him at the moment. But no matter what age he was, or what age *she* was, she'd always be his daughter. ------ Meanwhile, outside, Lisa made her way around the house, still trying to find a way in that wouldn't attract attention. She wanted to help her father and then make a clean getaway.
