Old Links

I had a ton of threads I was following/working on bookmarked because there isn't a good search feature (most stuff is in way too many episodes to use the search). The problem is that now all of these links are useless since they go to the old old site. It would take hours to redo them manually. Is there a direct correlation, ie replace www.XYZ with www.ABC and the links still work?
