The Random Stone: Athena Stops Moving

The wish wasn't granted to Zoe, but rather someone else, which was Karyn. And she was looking straight at Athena. "I ... I can't move. Zoe, help me!" Athena yelled. Zoe turned and looked at her friend. What happened? Why did her wish freeze Athena instead of Karyn. "You can move," Zoe said, thinking it would undo the wish, but Athena was still frozen in place. "You can move!" It still didn't work. Karyn pushed herself up off the floor. "I think the wish was granted to someone else. So *you* can't undo it." It was clear now that that's what was happening. So maybe Zoe wasn't as threatening as she first seemed, at least to Jon and Karyn. Zoe turned back around and looked at Karyn. "Then I wish ..."
