Pink and Purple

He looked around and saw it. It was pretty noticable. All the houses and cars were either painted pink or purple. Jon figured just from *that* that the one who was wishing had to be a girl. What guy would want everything to be pink? He looked around and saw people leaving for work, like nothing was out of the ordinary. *Is the whole town like this?* Jon thought to himself. According to his grandfather's letter, the stone only had a range of several miles. So, it was possible that only Jon's town was affected. Jon thought that pink houses and cars weren't *too* bad. Everyone could just paint over with other colors. But then he thought that about that intense wind that he felt earlier, meaning that something *big* had changed. Was this it? Or was this just *part* of it?
