The Proximity Stone

The stone he put in its place looked almost exactly like Jon's stone, but it wasn't. It was the Proximity Stone. It worked the same way as the normal stone, except that the one making the wish *does not* have to be touching the stone to have his or her wish granted. As long as the one making the wish is within 20 feet of the stone, their wish will be granted.
