Eye of the Storm: It's Jay Duncan

It was Jay Duncan. Biff wasn't sure what he was doing at the hospital, but he seemed normal...thick glasses, button down shirt, slacks...until they collided. Jay's thick glasses vanished as his hair grew down his back. His pants turned into a tan skirt, and his white shirt into a blouse. Subtle makeup appeared on his face and a purse appeared around his shoulder. It was the first time, aside from the cross-dressing, that Biff could say the change looked like an improvement. "Biff?" He exclaimed. Biff paused. He could talk to Jay....Jay was a science nerd...he had to be able to help. Although that was old Jay. Who knew what new Jay was like? Sarah was acting pretty differently than normal.
