The Slave Stone: A little clarification

*Oh no!* I thought. *Why would she make me such a freak?!* I didn't have to wait for the answer too long as Karyn spoke as soon as I finished my enforced wish. "I don't want to have some sort of mutant in my house though." She said "That's why I need you to make one little supplementary wish." *There's no way I'm going to wish for anything more for you!* I thought naively but my mouth seemed to not care too much as I felt it open to wish for whatever Karyn wanted. *What does she want now?* "I wish" I heard myself speaking "that my feed would be the way I wished because I had a rare but well documented medical condition affecting legs' bone and muscle structure. I wish the only side effect of the condition other than the changed look of my feet to be a need to walk like on the catwalk in order to keep my balance." *Fuckin' hell! Enough!* "Yep, that would do." Said Karyn with a nasty grin on her new masculine face. "Now go and make me some food finally!" And she left the room. I felt turning back to the kitchen as my body went to obey its master's command.
