You guys do remember Cass is a teacher (so, about 30) and Lucas is 30 as well, right? I sorta saw Robert referring to Lucas as a teenager. o\_O Or is there some meaning to the word I'm missing? At any rate, aside from that, Chompy, great chapter. And - oddly - from Robert's point of view, Lucas is, indeed, interested in a fight that's much above her (though it's not necessarily the fights of the gods... Of course, Robert's worldview colors her notion).
