But what Sarah didn't know was that Karyn had *already* changed, because of the wish she made on Jon. Obviously, there couldn't be two Karyns, as that wouldn't be easily justifiable. So, the magic from the empathy belly turned the original Karyn into the new Karyn's twin sister Lynn, who was quite a bit less promiscuous. So, when Sarah wished about Karyn, it only affected the *new* Karyn (the one that was Jon for the next day), since the original Karyn's name was now Lynn. "I wish that Karyn ..." Sarah began.
