So far so good. The only tiny thing that might be nice to add (it's no big deal it you don't but it might be more realistic) is that politically, no government entity can claim the moon. It is recognised as being the heratage of 'man kind'. Now technically that does not apply to individuals... Though because nobody owns it nobody can sell it. I think.
