Error

On the far end of the temple, there was a reflective pond. I assumed that it was for decoration, until I came up to it. It was a game control display. Looking like some sort of a holographic projection, menus appeared on the surface of the water. When I saw the words CHECK STATUS, I reached down and touched the words. There was a flash of light and then one word appeared, in red: ERROR. *What does **that** mean?* I wondered to myself. It couldn't have been good, that's for sure. "Is there a problem?" a man asked behind me. He walked up to the pond and looked down at it. "That's odd," he said. "I've never seen it do *that* before." Then he turned towards me. "Who are you?" He sounded like he was beginning to get angry. "How did you get here?" he demanded.
