Mikey Grows Up

Suddenly, Jon's 10-year brother began to get taller. No, scratch that - *older*. He was growing up fast, right before Jon's eyes. He went to 11, then 12, 13, 14 ... his clothing constantly changing to fit his maturing body ... 15, 16, 17, 18 ... he was older than *Jon* now ... 19, 20, then finally he stopped at 21. Mikey, or Mike, as he was now thinking of himself, looked down at himself in amazement. "Jon, I'm older than *you* now. How cool is that?" he said, noticing his deeper voice and loving it. He grabbed his wallet from his back pocket and took out his driver's license. "And I can drink now too! Look at that - I'm 21!" he said excitedly, showing Jon his license. Suddenly, Mike's cellphone rang. He looked at the caller ID. It said "Lucy". He tried to think of who that was, and then it came to him. It was his girlfriend. They've been dating for a few weeks now. *Whoa,* he thought. *How did I know that?* It seemed that his new body also came with new memories - over ten *years* of new memories! He answered the phone. "Hey, babe. What's up?" he asked, leaving the room. He no longer cared about Santa Claus. He was more interested in getting together with his hot girlfriend for some equally hot sex. "Is that really Mikey?" Jon asked, stunned. "Yep," Santa said. "It's what he'd become in ten or so years. Now, if you don't mind. Could you please bring me back my stone?" he said. Jon could hear the disappointment in his voice. Yeah, Jon was definitely going to be on the Naughty List this year. He went out into the hall to look for Santa's stone.
