Karyn's double

"There, Jill, is everything okay?" said Karyn. The new duplicate of Karyn just continued. "Whatever you do, leave me me..." But Jon turned around and said "Everything's fine, Karyn, what's wrong? Where did Jon go anyway?" Karyn had forgotten that Jon was still a double of her! So now Jon thought he was Karyn's twin sister Jill, but the new duplicate from the acorn hadn't changed at all. Of course, it was easy to fix the wish. She could just wish the wish had done what she had meant. Or she could turn the new girl into Jon and leave Jon as Jill. But... Karyn had a better idea than either of those. "I wish..."
