"Karyn?" Jon asked over the phone.
"Jon, thank god."
"What is it? What's wrong?"
"Jon, I think I may need to use the stone. Could you come over to my house, like right now?"
In a flash of light, Jon appeared in her room.
"That was fast," Karyn said.
Outside in the hall, Sarah saw a white flash come from Karyn's bedroom. *What was **that**?* she thought, as she approached the room.
