Merging Device: Jon Has Control

In their wake was essentially Jon's face feminized on Karyn's body. This new girl had Jon's legs and feet and Karyn's arms, hands and sexual organs, but Karyn's breasts had been considerably reduced in size, becoming (actually) the size they were before Karyn made her first wish with the stone. Since both Jon and Karyn dressed fairly similarly, there wasn't much of a difference in the fashion department. Jon looked down at himself (*her*self, actually). Apparently, the device decided to give Jon control over the body. But what happened to Karyn? Was her mind just suppressed, or was it aware of everything that was happening?
