Looking for a story

I am looking for a story that I vaguely remember reading that might or might not be on this site. In it the main character is able to make wishes but when he makes a wish he forgets about the reality two wishes back. In other words if he his eyes were brown and he makes them blue and then hazel he will forget that his eyes were ever brown. Does anyone have a link to this story or where I might be able to find it?
