Their side of the Story

Panting like dogs, Jon and Alan rested at the entrance to the mall. "Oh man...di...did you see...them go inside." Alan said while gasping for air. "Yeah!" while breathing hard, Jon replied, "I think...they...I think I saw them..go that way." He pointed to right. The main hallway, where they were in, split in three directions. Looking over in that direction, they saw Karyn and Sarah walking toward some makeup store. Jon and Alan cautiously began trailing them. That's when Karyn suddenly turned her head around. Acting quickly, they ducked behind a trash can. "Did she see us?" Jon asked nervously. "I don't know" replied Alan. They slowly lifted their heads over the trash can, and saw Karyn stairing right at them. Quickly lowering their heads, Alan said, "She definitely saw us that time!"
