Jon's Pet Rexy

When Jon opened his eyes, he saw ... His bedroom. It appeared that nothing had changed. Except, what happened to Karyn? "Jon!" his mother yelled to him. "Remember to feed Rexy." Rexy was Jon's dog. Zoe fed him the last time. So, he supposed that now it was *his* turn to feed him. He walked downstairs. "Rexy. Rexy, here boy." Shock came across Jon's face as he saw a miniature version of a T-Rex running towards him. He ran away from it and bumped into his mom. "What's the hurry, Jon?" He looked back and saw the small dinosaur. "You don't see that?" She looked past him. "You mean Rexy? What's wrong with him?" ***That's** Rexy?* Jon thought.
