Jon Catches Up

Zoe and Karyn walked onto the parking lot pavement. "Well, we're here," Zoe said. Karyn smiled. She couldn't wait. Back at Zoe's house (she was thinking of it as that now, no longer as "Jon's house"), she didn't want anything to do with Zoe's plans. But now, she was all for it. She liked her new self. And she had this urge to make others feel the same way. "How do you feel *now*?" Zoe asked. "Perfect," Karyn answered, with a wicked grin. "Let's go." Zoe smiled. She definitely liked this new Karyn. From behind them, they heard yelling. Someone was yelling. They turned around and saw Jon running towards them. A feeling of disgust overwhelmed Karyn. "Can you *do* something about him?" "Of course." Zoe raised the device and aimed it at Jon, who was no more than sixty feet away.
