Nadine Ferguson & Sabrina Johnson

Jon's Literature teacher Mrs. Avery could only stare. Her brain just couldn't comprehend what her eyes were showing her. Two of her students had completely changed, now looking like geeks. The girl that had screamed was Nadine Ferguson. Once she did, everyone stopped what they were doing and looked at her, and since then they haven't *stopped* looking. Slowly, her screaming became stifled, until eventually it stopped. She looked up at the teacher shyly. "I'm sorry I made such a commotion, Mrs. Avery." "Are ... are you okay?" she asked her student. "Of course. Why wouldn't I be?" She took off the headphones and placed them on the girl sitting in front of her. Jon couldn't believe it. She just mindlessly changed the next person. The girl in front of her was Sabrina Johnson, a Goth girl. But not anymore. Her black corset had become a conservative white blouse and her torn black skirt has become a long gray skirt. All indications of her former gothic self were gone. She looked like a geek now. And soon, she would be *acting* like one too. Then Jon started to hear the other screams. Outside in the hallway and in the other classrooms. *Is this happening **everywhere**?* Jon thought. He had to find Jay and Sarah and Karyn. They must know what was going on.
