She turned towards him and said "I ..." She grabbed her head, like she was having a headache. Jon reached out to her, to comfort her. That was when she punched him in the shoulder. Hard. "Ow! What did you do that for?" Jon said. "Oh, you wimp. I didn't even hit you that hard." "Karyn, what's wrong with you?" "The only thing wrong with me is that I've hanging out with a loser like you." Then she turned to Jason and Tyler. "Come on, guys. Let's go play some basketball at the park." Jon, still rubbing his shoulder, watched as his best friend walked away with the two jocks. "Wait! Karyn!" He tried yelling to her, but she didn't listen. And worse, Jason still had the personality manipulator. He *had* to get it back, before Jason and Tyler used it on someone else.
