Jon Takes Action

Thinking quickly, Jon jumped out of the way. It was good that he did, because Zoe did *not* stop. She pulled the trigger anyway. "You missed him!" Karyn said disappointingly. She didn't much like Jon. And she was all for turning him into a Goth like her and Zoe. It would only be an improvement, in her opinion. Jon ran around the room, as Zoe continued to try to hit him, but always failing. "Stop *moving*!" Zoe yelled out, getting irritated. When Jon made it around the room to the stairs, he ran up them and into his bedroom. He closed and locked the door, keeping his sister and his former friend out of his room. He looked around for the stone, but couldn't find it! Jon heard thumping and bumping noises. Zoe and Karyn were trying to ram through his bedroom door! Jon sped up his search for the stone and finally found it. Apparently, it must have rolled under his bed. He picked it up just as Karyn bashed through the door, knocking it off its hinges, and into his room.
