Jon Possesses Athena

Jon peeked out into the hall and saw Athena turning the corner from the stairs. Then he rushed back into his room and grabbed the device. "I've got an idea." After he ran back out into the hall, he saw Athena entering Zoe's bedroom. He pulled the trigger on the device and disappeared. Karyn heard the device drop to the floor and ran out into the hall to see what happened. "Jon?" "Right here," she heard Athena say. "You used the device on her? Why?" "Well, this way we won't have to explain anything to her." "But it also means you'll be stuck in her body for another *day*." "Oh yeah. I forgot about that," *she* said. They walked back into Jon's bedroom and tried to think of what to do. A few minutes later, however, Jon's mom spotted them. "What are you two doing in Jon's bedroom? Get out of there," she demanded. They left the room and Jon's mom closed the door behind them. "If I catch you in there again ..." "You won't," Karyn said, quickly. Then she entered Zoe's bedroom and Jon followed. The least amount of interaction with her, the better. Karyn sat down on Zoe's bed. "*Now* what are we going to do?" she asked. "The stone is still in your room. We can't sneak back in and get it with your mom watching us like a hawk." "I guess we'll have to *be* Zoe and Athena," Jon said. "But at least we still have the device."
