Role Reversal: Jon Has a Busy Night

Jon made his way to the desk and then sat down. About a minute later, someone approached him. "Hey, Jon. Early as usual, I see." It was a man dressed in a coroner's outfit. "Looks like we're gonna be kind of busy tonight." "Oh?" Jon asked. It was strange, but he actually felt his interest get piqued. As if knowing that someone had died was turning him on, or something. As soon as he felt this new disturbing feeling, however, he suddenly felt disgusted. But that didn't last for long. "Yeah. Double homicide," the man said. "The police should be bringing the bodies over at any time." There was that feeling again. A sense of anticipation overwhelmed Jon. The man chuckled. "Don't get *too* excited, Jon." Then he walked away. Did the coroner *know* about Jon's apparent interest in death?
