Homework

About ten or fifteen minutes later, Jon's dad came in. "Jon, don't you have homework to do?" "Uh, yeah." "You better go do it. Your mother has to take her bath, anyways." "Ohh, do I *have* to?" Jon's mom whined. "Yes. You do," his dad answered. "Mikey is in the bathroom waiting." That got Jon's attention. Was Mikey going to bathe his mom? That almost sounded sick-minded. But in this new reality, Jon supposed it happened a lot. He left and went back to his room. The bathroom was next to his bedroom, so he could hear the water running into the bathtub. Jon tried not to think about what was going on in there, as he opened up his math textbook and began to do his homework.
