Maybe Artemis has a higher degree of leeway given to her by her mother, Selene. This would mean Selene herself is able to do that and maybe more in that field, granted, but it would make sense as she would be more to that domain than Artemis (hunt). Then, in the always-someone-stronger department, there would be Hypnos and Morpheus, both of which have yet to awaken or to appear in-story. Their focus is VERY MUCH on sleep and dreams, so, whatever Selene can do, they can do better, stronger and faster ("We can rebuild him, we have the technology..."). Mind, I'm just suggesting things here, but I think it would make sense given domains and so on.
