The Next Hurdle

"Uh, I'm not sure," Jon/Karyn replied. "You're not *sure*?" Zoe/Sarah said. "Well, I thought that I'd just know what to do next." "Why don't you check the map," a voice said. It was the old man's, but he wasn't anywhere around. Then, at that moment, Jon realized what the old man's purpose was. He was their guide. Just giving them enough information to get past the next hurdle, but not enough to help them achieve their ultimate goal, whatever it was. Jon/Karyn took the old man's advice and went back inside the cabin to get the map.
