David Answers the Phone

"Hello? David? If you're there, I was wondering why you never showed up in the game. I waited for you," Suzie said over the answering machine. I was frozen. I wasn't sure I could even *talk* to her in my current state. At least she still had her normal voice, meaning that she didn't swap with someone else. But what would she think if I actually talked to her? Could she handle it? "Well," she continued. "When you get out of the game or whatever, call ..." I pressed TALK on the phone. "Hello?" "Hello?" I heard her say. "Who is this?" "It's me. David." "Oh my god! You were affected by the Great Switch?!" "Yeah. And now I'm a woman."
