Sarah is Male

As she stood there, more students walked by. And it was at this time that Sarah heard someone say "Hi, Jon." Sarah immediately turned her head towards the voice and saw a girl she recognized as Karyn Black, a blond-haired tomboy. *Why would anyone think that I'm someone named 'Jon'?* Sarah thought. *Do I even **look** like a ...* She stopped when she glanced at herself in a nearby mirror. She nearly did a double-take, not quite believing what she was seeing. Earlier when she saw her reflection, she looked perfectly normal. But *now*, she looked like a boy. In fact, she *was* a boy. A boy version of herself. For the first time since coming into the school, Sarah looked down at herself. She was indeed male. Her chest was flat and there was a bulge in her pants, signifying her obvious sex change. Even her clothes were different. "Jon? What is it? What's wrong?" Karyn asked.
