"You're getting memories from ..." The doctor paused, as he checked his notes. "Zoe Gibson." "Zoe? That vampire freak? No way. I'm not doing this." "She's already prepped and waiting for you." "I don't care," Sarah said. "I don't want that freak's memories." "You don't have a choice," the doctor said. Then he took a needle out of his pocket. "What's that for?" Sarah asked, getting even more uncomfortable. "I'd rather not put you under, but if you're not going to behave and go along with this ..." That was the last straw. Sarah pulled back the bed sheets and hopped out of the hospital bed. Then she ran to the door, feeling almost naked in her hospital gown. "You're not sticking that thing in me, and you're not putting that *freak's* memories into my head!" She turned and ran out of the room. And the doctor followed.
