Transformation Guns: Getting the Principal Out of Sight

The principal continued to gaze at the rainbow, now and then stopping to giggle to himself. "That is, like, so cool looking." Sarah stared at him for a few seconds, then snapped herself out of it. She grabbed the principal's arm and led him away back to his office. Maybe she could make it look like she had nothing to do with his current behavior. Although, really, who would believe that a toy gun could cause this sort of thing anyway? Maybe people will believe that Mr. Davison just had a nervous breakdown or something. Didn't that happen to middle-aged people all the time? "Hey, I was looking at the rainbow," the principal said, whining. "Come on, Mr. Davison. Let's get you back to your office," Sarah said. *God, I sound like I'm talking to a five year old,* she thought. "Oh, okay," he said, smiling. "But I wanna see the rainbow again." "Sure, whatever. You can see as many rainbows as you want." "Oh goodie," he said, clapping. A bunch of people gave both Sarah and Mr. Davison odd looks, but no one questioned why Sarah was pulling him towards the main office, or why the principal kept on giggling like a moron. *Thank god for small favors,* Sarah thought, as she pulled Mr. Davison into his office and then shut the door behind her. "I thought you said I could see rainbows," he pouted, looking around the rainbow-less office. "Just ... just sit down," she said. "Let me think about this." He sat down in the nearest chair. "No, behind the desk. You're the principal, remember?" He stood up and walked behind the desk and plopped down in the reclining office chair. "If I get to play the principal, then what are going to be?" "No, you idiot. You're not *pretending* to be the principal. You *are* the principal." Suddenly, there was a knock on the door and woman's voice. "Mr. Davison? Are you in there?"
