Teachers

It started with...personnel. Simon Davison looked at the information on his desk. If it was correct, they were facing a minor teacher emergency. Students had to be supervised, and he needed to make sure every class was staffed, even if he only secured a temporary solution until a permanent one could be found. But he'd done that before. He'd excessed teachers...temporarily eliminating their positions(effectively laying them off), for budget reasons. He'd gotten teachers to teach outside of their subject areas when needed. He looked over the papers. How was he going to solve this problem?
