Jon Madison was bolting down the stairs, his backpack already around his shoulders.
"Pop Tart. Where's my Pop Tart?" he said looking around.
"Here you go, sweetie," Linda said, handing him his breakfast of convenience.
"Thanks Mom," Jon said. As he grabbed the Pop Tart, he brushed his hand against his Mom's, barely noticing the electric charge that passed between them.
