I do think she's not on the strong side, so she would have difficulty in a straight fight (if it came to that - but then, she has a lot better options than *mano a mano* if she can realize it,) but on the other point: she's only loosely affected by gravity, but she does have *mass*, and therefore inertia. So she wouldn't go sailing off at high speeds with the slightest push. On the other hand, she doesn't have friction against the ground holding her in place, so it would still be significantly easier to fling her away than someone on ground level...
