Miss Fine: Making Sense

"I'm sure Linda and I can talk this situation out while you get dinner ready," Miss Fine told Jon. Jon hurried back into the kitchen to check on the food. Miss Fine looked at Linda. "He did ask you to come down, you said you would and you didn't," she said. "I...got distracted," Linda said, defensively. "So, he was right to be mad at you?" She pointed out. Linda paused...she didn't particularly like the fact that Miss Fine was making sense. It made her feel like...she should apologize to Jon. It wasn't a comfortable feeling.
