Miss Fine: Zelda Continues to Be Useful

Zelda got up and said goodbye to her classmate and wandered off to the counselor's office wondering what Miss Fine wanted. She sat down in the chair opposite Miss Fine. Miss Fine began to speak rather soothingly to her. And before long, her eyes glazed over. "Zelda...I want you to log into the school records and make some changes for me," she said. She instructed Zelda to create new records for Linda Gibson, change Zoe's records, and remove Jon's records entirely. "Very good, Zelda. you are doing very well. How are you doing at becoming a better version of yourself?" "Trying to make new friends...want them to accept me," she mumbled. "Jay did...but Kyla...doesn't trust new people. Like me or the other new girl at their game..." "Does she now? That doesn't sound very welcoming. I'm sure you will be accepted soon, Zelda." She whispered softly into Zelda's ears before waking her again.
