"Yes, of course... but I don't know her." Rebecca adopted a rather soothing voice. "The hair, the clothes.. are you saying that she doesn't seem familiar to you?" Bethany nodded slowly. "I guess." She said thinking about it. "They're the sort of clothes that my daughter wears." Miss Fine nodded and placed an arm around Bethany's shoulders. "That's because Sarah is your daughter. Don't you remember?" Miss Fine asked. "Sarah is my daughter?" Bethany repeated. "I. No, you're right." She said firmly. "Sarah is my daughter. I don't know why I acted like I did earlier." Miss Fine smiled. Her work on Sarah was nearly complete. Now she had to focus on Karyn. "Oh it's quite alright dear." She said leading Bethany back to the living room.
