The Pool: Fred Orr

The newest arrival to the pool was Fred Orr, a young bully in grade school who was in the middle of taking some kid's lunch money when he suddenly found himself at the pool. Fred was wearing a yellow microkini, the same color as Santiago and Belia's clothes. He looked around the pool in confusion, not even noticing his strange outfit yet. "What the heck?" he said aloud, but unlike Kurt stayed in his seat.
