I have just tested to see whether it would do it to me as well, It doesn't yours seems to have a link in the previous branch but no Link in episodes list which leads me to believe you have Put something in Link description box but have ignored or left the title block blank, Try to remedies this on your next try.... If i am wrong and you aren't doing this then im sorry but i tried....
