Mistress released Jon, looking at Karyn coldly. "Take her upstairs. Put her in a different bedroom than the others." "Yes, Mistress," Jon said, nodding. He picked up Karyn's motionless body and carried her up to his bedroom, where he placed her on his bed, lying on her side. "Why did you have to get between me and Mistress, Karyn? It serves you right for trying to break up our love. I can't believe I ever thought of you as a friend. It just makes me sick." Then he left the bedroom and headed back down to the love of his life.
