Sometimes it is creeping. But I've had plenty where they are to some degree or another, and others where it is the person experiencing it, so third person. I keep trying new things. I just challenged someone to give me a general idea they'd like to see in a story to see if I could try to write something like it. So I'll offer that to you, if you'd like. Give me a vague scenario.
