Nadine's Mom is a Stripper

Nadine turned to go back to the seedy apartment she had woken up in (thinking it was probably the safest place to be right now), when suddenly there was a bright flash of light and boom of thunder, like there had been a lightning strike or something. But there were no clouds in the sky. She could clearly see the moon and a multitude of stars. ------ Just down the street, at a strip club called the Pussy Kat Klub, Nadine's mother Laura found herself in front of one of the mirrors in the dressing room. She stared at herself in complete shock, as she now looked nothing like her normal overly-conservative self, but instead looked like some kind of slut. It was completely horrid! "Laura, you're on in five," a voice came from behind her. *On? On what?* she thought, not knowing that everyone apparently believed that she was a stripper now.
